Jay Louie 雷貽丰
I'm Jay, a licensed psychotherapist and climbing guide. Through talk therapy and climbing therapy, I create safe yet adventurous spaces for transformation.
I've been working in mental health for ten years and draw from experiences in advocacy, affinity spaces, and nonprofit work to inform my practice. With roots spanning Hong Kong, Canada, and the United States, I bring diverse perspectives to every session.
Guided by compassion, curiosity, and authenticity, I'm committed to helping clients break through barriers and embrace their true selves.
Services are offered in English, Cantonese, and conversational Spanish.
Climbing Therapist

Movement in nature as medicine.
I've climbed across five continents, from the towering limestone of Todra Gorge in Morocco, to the unique sandstone splitters of Liming in China, to conglomerate formations of Montserrat in Spain. My heart remains captivated by long walls of off-width and three-dimensional movement in Red Rock and the granite spires of Patagonia. I've developed routes in Hong Kong, Mexico, Korea, and the US.
